Refund policy

For the $14.99 TEAS practice pack, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase and while less than 20% of the paid question bank has been used. Both conditions must be met. The exact deadline and usage are shown in your account progress page.

How usage is measured

“Used” means a distinct paid question you have answered or whose explanation has been revealed. Repeating the same question does not count again. Opening a test alone does not count. Submitting a section reveals all of that section’s explanations, including unanswered questions, so the whole submitted section counts as used.

This edition contains 330 paid questions. Less than 20% means fewer than 66 distinct paid questions (at most 65). Free questions do not count. Usage is recorded on the server and does not reset when you clear your browser.

How to request

Sign in, open My progress, and use the refund-request form. Your request receives a reference number for review. Filing a request does not immediately refund your payment. Approved refunds return through PayPal to the original payment method; processing time depends on PayPal and your provider. Access is revoked when a refund is processed.

Problems and statutory rights

If you cannot access a purchase, use your account recovery options and your PayPal transaction’s contact or dispute tools. This voluntary policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights. No automatic refund transactions are made by this site.
